Abstract
This paper describes a large-scale lighting retrofit at Odense Steel Shipyard Ltd., on of Denmarks?s largest companies. The project was co-managed by the Energy Advisory Service of the Funen Electricity Companies. It aimed at making the installation more energy efficient while increasing lighting levels and simplify maintenance. With state grants, the pay back period of the retrofit was 3.3 years
