Indian Lighting Directory · To coincide with the CIE Conference in New Delhi and the connected lighting exhibition, the Indian Society of Lighting Engineers is publishing the updated 1995 edition of The Directory of the Lighting Industry in India.
The current edition will contain updated information on the Indian economy, the Indian lighting industry, statistics and names and addresses of the Indian lighting fraternity. The directory will also contain an extensive foreign section.
The Government of India has recently liberalized its trading policy, which has opened the doors for international organizations wanting to enter the Indian US$500-million-a-year lighting market. In view of this liberalization, the guide should be of interest to stakeholders in energy-efficient lighting worldwide.
