A letter from Minsk
The EC Energy Centre-Minsk was set up in April 1992 on the initiative of the European Community. The French firm BCEOM and the Belarussian Scientific and Industrial Information Centre for Energy Conservation (BelVIEC) are the main organizations involved.We are engaged in promoting energy savings by providing information to industries in the Republic of Belarus, and we have organized a permanent exhibition called "Energy Saving-92".
We would be extremely grateful to anyone who could assist us in establishing contacts with manufacturers to obtain energy-efficient lighting systems and energy-efficient lighting devices to be shown at this exhibition.
