Investigation fo the Electricity Consumption for Lighting in the Residential Sector in Bulgaria

Abstract
The final results obtained from an investigation of the electricity consumption for lighting in the Bulgarian Residential Sector during 1994-1995 are presented in the paper. The investigation was carried out by 2 methods: experimental and through inquiries. About 15 specialists with 12 portable mP apparatuses carried out about 450 inquiries and 250 measurements in the course of 1 year. The results consist of: reliable information for the installed power for lighting, seasonal load diagrams, the amount of electricity consumption for lighting per person, per household and totally for the country. A correlation between inquiries and measurements was found.
